EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS
I recently purchased a preowned Chrysler 300s from Jersey City Autoland and I had a tremendously good experience. My brother in law had not only referred me after he had bought a reliable vehicle from them in the past, but as I sat in the waiting area, another customer who buys from them regularly, had introduced himself to me and expressed that I was in good hands. The owner, Abdul, and his team were positive and welcoming, and as I looked at several cars, they were patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions to help ensure that I found the right vehicle to meet my family's needs. The entire process was transparent, friendly, and smooth, with no pressure to make an immediate purchase. I feel confident in their team, as well with their process. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Awesome service
As recent newly weds My husband and I were looking to purchase a new car together. We now had 2 dogs and needed to upgrade from my vw jetta to something with more space for the pups and our travels. We saw the edge online and wanted to take a look! This was the perfect fit! Emily was very helpful with us and let us test drive the car. We even were able to bring the pups to the lot so she could see how big they were! Everyone there is very friendly and honest and I'm so happy that we chose to come here!

2011 JEEP COMPASS LATITUDE
This is my first time buying from them and let me tell you what an amazing person…I purchase a preowned 2011 JEEP COMPASS LATITUDE with 38,780 with a good price . And first time driving it had an issue, took it back and they took care of me. Now the car work great .. I will recommend them ??????????

Purchase of two cars
Recently our family purchased two cars from Jersey City Autoland one for my daughter and one for my husband and I. After reading several reviews about Autoland I decided to look on the net at their cars. We picked out two cars and decided to go and see them. I can’t tell you enough about the wonderful experience we had. The entire staff are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My daughter works for an automotive shop and the staff at Autoland were more than accommodating when we asked could our mechanic look at the cars and take them for test drives. A special shout out to each and every member of the team for going above and beyond. Thank you to Abdul, Emily, Ashley, Mazhar and of course Diesel from Sales Support the most beautiful four legged member of the team. I have dealt with the public for fourty five years in my profession and know the importance of customer satisfaction. This team does an exceptional job and is a pleasure to deal with. Buying a car

Best in business
Best costumer service yet! Went in just to look at a car and thanks to you guys my wife left with a car. We come all the way from Connecticut and I would always go down to you guys for help finding the right car for me, family, and friends!! I’m next to get my car ?? I loved you guys. BEST EXPERIENCE
The whole team at Jersey Autoland was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we walked on to the lot we were greeted with a smile from Emily. We had a great conversation with Tony on our test drive! He was so knowledgeable on the cars and shared stories that allowed us to really connect with him. Upon returning to the dealership and meeting with the owner, both my boyfriend and I had the same feel; The way he spoke was so upfront and honest, we felt as though he had our best interest in mind. This is not the usual feeling that people get at dealerships. He shared so much knowledge with us about vehicles and many other things. We had nothing to complain about and walked out with the car that we wanted. We had such a great experience with the team and was very thankful for all their knowledge, each of them make the atmosphere of this dealership unforgettable and just an overall great friendly place. I would recommend to any and everyone!!! Service, knowledge, care, honest..... this place is ONE of a kind!
